Lisa is a CTI (Coaches Training Institute) trained Co-Active Coach and member of ICF.(International Coaching Federation) who helps individuals clarify their goals, improve their skills, make major life decisions and achieve their dreams.
Lisa’s focus on individual coaching builds upon her more than 25 years of experience in corporate and family owned businesses where she solved complex problems, built teams and improved individual and business performance.
Throughout her life she has been a trusted confidant and coach for friends, family and business associates and is often called upon to listen to problems, provide advice and act as a sounding board.

Lisa’s approach to coaching is based upon her belief that we are all naturally creative, resourceful and whole people. During the process she works together with clients as equals. Lisa helps clients understand what’s important to them and what has kept them from achieving their full potential—whether in their career, personal relationships, personal growth or finances.
Lisa is optimistic and hopeful. She is a three time cancer survivor who is passionate about helping cancer patients and their families cope with the disease. She has also had personal experience dealing with Alzheimers’ disease and its impact on her family and others.
Lisa’s style is direct but sensitive. You will appreciate her insightful questions and frank observations. She believes that who people are is more important that what they do. And, she is warm and lives life fully.
